About Cartagena Docks

The docks are found very close to the Clocktower and are the only authorized departure point for various excursions. There is a fee to be able to use these docks. The most popular tour is to the Rosario Islands and to Playa Blanca on Barú Island, which typically leaves at 9:00 AM and returns in the afternoon. Keep in mind that this area receives a fair share of tourist complaints due to their harassment by vendors, poor customer service, and unclean washrooms.
